In the middle of meadows our farm is situated above the valley road on the sunny side of the Ulten Valley between St. Pankraz and St. Walburg. Due to its central location, the Mitterbirbach-Hof is an ideal starting point for hikes and activities in the Ulten Valley, as well as for excursions to Merano and Bolzano or over the newly built pass road to Proveis and into the Non Valley.

Our apartments are bright and comfortably furnished. Each apartment consists of 1 to 3 double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. A lawn for sunbathing and garden furniture are available for our guests. Parking spaces are also available in sufficient number.
